Cyril Murphy studied piano with TC Kelly at Clongowes Wood College and with Dr. John O’Conor at the Royal Irish Academy of Music. He graduated with an honours degree in Music from UCD, where he also undertook organ studies with Dr. Gerard Gillen. He is currently Director of Liturgy at Clongowes Wood College S.J.
His ability to put together a truly sensitive and intimate music programme, reflecting the spirit and dynamic of the ceremony, is highly valued. He has accompanied many of the country’s leading singers and instrumentalists both on the concert platform and for church ceremonies.
Beth McNinch studied at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and at the Royal Academy of Music. Since beginning her freelance career in 2000, Beth has been in great demand from the major orchestras in the U.K. Beth has also worked and toured in Ireland and America with the RTE National Symphony Orchestra.
She is principal viola of the Wexford Festival Opera Orchestra and is now living with her family in Blackwater, Co Wexford. Beth is the founder and artistic director of Musici Ireland, the acclaimed chamber music ensemble.
Jane is a freelance cellist who has performed with international artists including Luciano Pavarotti, Jose Careras, Placido Domingo, Kiri te Kanawa, Rod Stewart, Westlife, Sarah Brightman, Charlotte Church and Ellie Goulding. A beautiful player, the haunting sounds of the cello will leave a lasting impression on your wedding ceremony and guests.
Aine is one of Ireland’s foremost Concert harpists and regularly guests with the RTE Concert Orchestra and the National Symphony Orchestra. Playing in a classical Irish style, she has performed at many State Banquets at Dublin Castle and recently for Queen Elizabeth on her visit to Ireland. This is classical Irish harp at its best.
Roisin took 1st prize at the Ernest Bloch International Music Competition and since then has performed as a concert soloist throughout Europe and in Israel. A freelance player with the London Symphony and the RTE NSO, this magnificent violinist will lift your ceremony to another realm with her exquisite playing.
